Acceptable Use Policy

Do not use the studio to produce or distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or that incites violence; sexual content involving minors or any sexualized depiction of real people without consent; content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or likeness; or malware, phishing, or fraud.

Do not generate synthetic media that impersonates a real person or organization in a way designed to deceive, and do not present AI-generated statements as verified fact — especially in health, legal, financial, or faith-related contexts.

Connected platforms have their own rules and you must follow them. Do not use scheduling or recycling to spam feeds, run engagement-farming schemes, operate undisclosed bot networks, or post to accounts you are not authorized to manage. If you email content produced here, follow anti-spam laws such as CAN-SPAM — include a real sender identity and a working unsubscribe.

Do not attempt to access other customers' workspaces, probe or overload our infrastructure, scrape the service, reverse engineer it, resell raw model access, or use automated means to exceed the limits of your plan.

If you upload a client's sermons, recordings, brand assets, or customer information, you confirm you have the right to do so. Do not upload sensitive categories of personal data — health records, government identifiers, payment card numbers — into prompts or uploads.

We may investigate suspected violations and, depending on severity, warn you, remove content, disable a connected channel, suspend the account, or terminate it. Serious or repeated violations, and anything illegal, can result in immediate termination without refund and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
