Privacy Policy

Account data: your email address and sign-in details, plus anything you add to your profile.

Content you provide: transcripts, audio and video you upload for transcription, briefs, brand voices, brand kits, uploaded assets, and the drafts generated from them.

Connected accounts: access tokens and basic profile information for the social channels you choose to connect, plus post performance metrics we retrieve for your analytics.

Billing data: subscription status and plan. Card details are entered directly with our payment processor and never reach our servers.

To run the product: generate and store drafts, schedule and publish posts to channels you connected, show your analytics, enforce plan limits, and provide support. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your content for advertising.

We rely on third parties to operate: a cloud hosting and database provider (application hosting, authentication, file storage), AI model providers for text, image, and transcription features, Stripe for payments, and the social platforms you connect (such as Facebook and Instagram) for publishing and metrics. Content you submit to an AI feature is transmitted to the relevant model provider to produce the result.

We keep your content for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual projects, posts, assets, and connected accounts at any time from the app. Ask us to close your account and we will delete your workspace data, except records we must keep for billing and tax purposes.

Access to your workspace requires authentication, data is scoped to your account by row-level database rules, and traffic is encrypted in transit over HTTPS. No online service can promise perfect security — use a strong, unique password and disconnect channels you no longer use.

We use cookies and browser storage that are necessary to keep you signed in and to remember interface preferences such as your selected client workspace. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

You can access, correct, export, or delete your information from inside the app, or by emailing Yellow Chair Creatives, LLC at info@yellowchaircreatives.com. Depending on where you live — including under GDPR and the CCPA — you may have additional rights over your personal data, such as access, portability, correction, deletion, and objecting to certain processing. We honor valid requests within 30 days and never charge for them or discriminate against you for making one.

We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use your content to train our own AI models.

When you use the studio to manage content for your own clients, you are the data controller and we act as your processor. Our named subprocessors and instructions for requesting a data processing agreement are on the Subprocessors & Data Processing page.

The studio is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13.
