Email info@yellowchaircreatives.com with the subject "DMCA Notice". Under 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3) your notice must include all of the following:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• Identification of the material you want removed, with enough detail for us to locate it (a URL, account, or post reference).
• Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Incomplete notices may not be actionable. Knowingly filing a false claim can make you liable for damages under §512(f).

We review valid notices promptly, remove or disable access to the material, and notify the account that posted it, including a copy of your notice.

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice to the same address including the removed material and its former location, your contact details, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was an error, your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if outside the United States, any district where we may be found), and your signature. We may restore the material after 10–14 business days unless the original claimant files a court action.

Accounts that are the subject of repeated valid infringement notices are terminated in appropriate circumstances.
