Terms of Service

You need an account to use the studio. Keep your login details secure and let us know if you think someone else has access. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and you are responsible for everything done under your account.

Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing page; access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for. Switching plans mid-cycle is prorated by our payment processor.

Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes. We may change pricing with notice before your next renewal.

You keep ownership of the material you upload and the content you generate. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, process, and transmit it so the product works — for example, sending a transcript to an AI model or posting an approved item to a social account you connected.

Drafts, images, ideas, and summaries are produced by AI models and can be inaccurate, biased, or unintentionally similar to other work. Output is not legal, financial, medical, or theological advice. Review and edit everything before publishing, and do not rely on it as a statement of fact.

Do not use the studio to create or publish content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, deceptive, or infringing, to impersonate others, to spam, or to break the rules of a connected platform. We may suspend accounts that do.

Publishing, analytics, and payment features depend on services we do not control. Their APIs and policies can change or go down, which may delay or block a scheduled post. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Yellow Chair Creatives is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost revenue, or missed posts, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the state and federal courts located there have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
